Management of the expansion of this 137-year old institution including new multi-use triple court field house, 1,000 capacity bleachers, various coaching and training offices, lockers, “sky box” board room. Classroom building includes 13 fully furnished rooms for science and mathematics instruction, full service loading dock, expanded cafeteria services and space, new kitchen facilities, and a student lounge. Services also included planning and management of the renovation and relocation to new administrative offices within a 100-year old Delaware Ave. mansion.
Program and planning development, bond funding support, construction contract development, total budget and schedule development, design and management of “other contracts,” city approvals, quality control, supervision of CD development and construction.
