HB Cornerstone was chosen to develop, design and construct new day spa facilities to support the rapidly expanding business needs of the Capello’s beauty organization. Program needs included traditional hair styling services as well as expanded relaxation and beauty services. Design features included dedicated spaces for massage, aroma therapy, manicure/pedicure, dry sauna, lockers, showers and specialty procedures, as well as providing adjacent leasable space for affiliated service providers. The design was carefully crafted to produce a luxurious and calming destination while still respecting the owner’s budget and need for functional/durable facilities.
Program development, design services, bidding, municipal approvals, construction contract negotiations, value engineering, comprehensive budget and schedule development, funding support, design and management of all “other contracts,” and quality control.
