The multi-phased project includes the renovation of existing high-rise housing, expanding their transitional stay program, and new construction of residential style “green house” nursing home facilities and independent rental apartments.
Pre-construction and construction project management and coordination, including schedule and cost tracking and control, design review, estimating, value engineering, contract procurement, scheduling and cost controls.
