Our out-of-state developer client needed to provide additional medical offices to a fully operational hospital. The new space had to complement the existing architecture, yet offer new styling which reflected the needs and design criteria of the new medical tenants.
Project coordination, schedule and cost tracking and control, and project close-out. The project’s second phase involved renovations to an existing medical office building and adding surgical units.
