The $50 million state-of-the-art bus transportation center is an integral element of the downtown Rochester revitalization. The goal of the 26-gate fully enclosed hub (slated for completion in fall 2014) is to be the most technologically advanced and comfortable public transportation center in the country.
Program management services including the planning, tracking and implementation of the Transit Center’s communications, security, technologies, staffing and training, schedules, FF&E (furniture, furnishings and equipment), maintenance and operations.
