Constellation Brands’ new corporate headquarters was carefully planned and scaled to articulate the natural surroundings, preserve green space and capitalize on the scenic views of the Bristol hills. “Green” features were incorporated throughout the design process and interior space was designed to be flexible for future growth with consistent areas of open space to maximize natural light. Key features include; a three-story open stair and lobby, wine cellar, private dining facility, large dining center, full service commercial kitchen, 3,200 sq. ft. corporate fitness center, training facilities, executive board room and a 100-car underground parking garage. Detailed design of extensive security system, phone/data systems, audio visual technology, signage, furniture was also included in the scope of services provided.
Design services, lease negotiations, work letter and program development, comprehensive owner representation services including total budgeting, overall scheduling, “other contracts,” design review, quality control, move management and ongoing facilities management.
