HB Cornerstone was engaged to assist the University of Rochester Campus Planning & PM staff with project management services. Services included budget review and tracking, schedule review and tracking, day-to-day coordination of project specific tasks and details, vendor coordination, site review and inspection, etc. In addition we attended various internal U of R meetings to assist the university with the confirmation of project scope and quality assurance issues. HB Cornerstone also worked closely with the university’s facilities department on various related project matters. Finally, we assisted with various aspects of FF&E (furniture, furnishings and equipment) coordination, delivery and installation.
