Upstate Pharmacy is a rapidly growing, cutting-edge wholesale pharmaceutical processing and distribution lab in Buffalo NY. Having achieved strong and consistent market share growth, Upstate had outgrown their current space in less than five years. HB Cornerstone researched the market, analyzed multiple location options, assisted in final location selection, negotiated the lease and work letter, and designed and planned the new space based on workflow study and analysis. We also prepared construction documents, obtained municipal permits and approvals, prepared and managed overall schedule and budget, managed construction, designed and procured all interior furnishings and millwork, designed and procured all security and control systems, and planned and the managed the move to the new expanded location.
