Project Scope and Concept: F.F. Thompson Hospital is a 113-bed acute care community hospital which serves as the center of a health care network in Canandaigua, NY. To enhance their ability to treat even more patients and uplift the surroundings in which they deliver care, the hospital is embarking upon a $43.5 million expansion and renovation project. The project centers around the Constellation Center for Health and Healing, a 61,000 square foot, two-story addition on the north end of the hospital, and the renovation of 42,000 square feet of space within the existing hospital. HB Cornerstone is providing owner representation services and primarily responsible for coordinating the extensive 30-month multi-phased project with the hospital’s builder.
Services Provided: Full range owner representation services including all budgeting, scheduling, contracting, quality controls, and cost tracking. HB Cornerstone is assisting the hospital with the coordination of the overall project including the builder, architect, funders, and “other” contracts.
